VACATION Bible SCHOOL
July 11-15, 2011

At the Parish Center.
$25 per child
For pre-schoolers [3 years old, potty-trained please]
through fourth graders [those going into fourth grade]
At Our Lady of the Snows Parish Center, 1200 Arlington St.

Those going into fifth grade and older (through high school) can serve in a variety for capacities.
Adults Also Are Needed!!

This year’s theme:
“Win the World for Jesus!”
This year’s VBS helps kids discover that we are all missionaries!
YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO BRING A TOWEL WHICH THEY CAN LEAVE AT THE PARISH CENTER FOR THE WEEK.
On Friday, it concludes with a Mass for children and families at 11:00 AM

HELP NEEDED!
- We need children, ages fifth grade and older in fall 2011, who are willing to act as leaders and help with the skits, etc.
Confirmation Two students will get service hours credit!
- If you are fifth grade or older in fall 2011, please fill out and return the attached Helper form.
Adults to lead crafts, music, activities, etc.
We can’t do it without your help! Everything is pre-planned, we just need volunteers to help us organize and run the various activities. If you have an interest in Music, Arts & Crafts, Snacks, Play Direction and/or Props & Decorations… We need you!
If you can’t donate your time that week, we also need people to help us acquire donations of food; arts & crafts; finances.
We are fortunate to be joining several other parishes using this same program.
We will also be forming teams to create some wonderful props, backgrounds, and decorations, which we will all share.
- All adults must have taken Protecting God's Children Awareness Session AND be registered on-line before helping in the program. Go to catholicreno.org for dates (“Safe Environment” site).
- When we receive this form from you indicating you will help, we will also make sure that you have been fingerprinted for the diocese and agreed to a background check.
